Are you a skilled technician with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on work? Staffmark is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Technician to join a growing production team. This full-time, direct hire position offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the chance to contribute to the performance and reliability of state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.

Pay range: $22-$32 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:



  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems on production machinery
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability
  • Test and evaluate equipment functionality
  • Work closely with the production team to minimize downtime and meet operational goals



Qualifications:



  • Hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a manufacturing or production setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
  • Technical certification or education in mechanical/electrical fields (preferred)
  • Familiarity with lean principles such as Just-in-Time (JIT) is a plus
