Position Title: Press Operator Wage: $17.00 - $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm or 11:00pm - 7:00am Are your skills not being fully utilized? This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Press Operator Responsibilities: - Set up and operate small, medium and large presses. - Set up and operate support equipment such as stock feeders, roll feeds, etc. - Utilize routings, prints or directions to make required parts - Set up complicated sheet metal stamping dies - Set up and operate in-line feeders, coil stock reels and various support equipment - Check parts to be sure "dull" tooling doesn't cause excessive burr conditions Requirements for Press Operator: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Able to lift up to 35lbs. at least every hour a shift. - Able to stand or sit entire shift depending on parts that need to be assembled - Able to read instructions in English manitowocresumes@qpsemployment.com IND043 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
