Senior Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) Position Summary DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) to support instructional development in a mission-critical environment for a government contract supporting a government client. Location: Quantico, VA Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: On-Site Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI Polygraph: Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph Primary Duties and Responsibilities Support training development using a systematic Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process in accordance with the FBI's Technical Manual for Training Development Apply the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model to develop courses and curricula Conduct training needs assessments and job task analyses Develop clear, measurable learning objectives aligned to job performance tasks Map learning objectives to specific job functions and select appropriate instructional delivery methods Design effective learning strategies and develop comprehensive instructional materials Conduct Multi-Level evaluations to assess training effectiveness Ensure alignment between job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items Support curriculum and test validation processes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience OR15 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Knowledge of the ADDIE model Salary Range $120,000 - $135,000 per year This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation. Final offers will be based on a variety of factors, including the role's responsibilities, the candidate's education and experience, job-related skills, internal equity, market competitiveness, and any applicable bargaining agreements or legal considerations.
