Partner with the best

As a Upgrade & Site Manager- Lead Retrofit you'll be in charge of Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinatingactivitiestypically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain project schedules pertaining to execution timelines and revenue/billing activities. Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures. Contributes to overall annual regional planning and success.

As a Upgrade & Site Manager- Lead Retrofit, you will be responsible for:

  • All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.
  • Work together with Senior and Executive level professionals from the business and Specify needs, communicate about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
  • Handle standardized project process guidelines for choosing the right actions Implementing processes and procedures that are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department
  • Handle diverse clients in a region, working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from those conditions
  • Develop installation packages consisting of wiring diagrams and mechanical machinery modifications
  • Coordinate resources to meet customer requirements and timelines
  • Project specific activity tracking and scheduling
  • Supervision of electrical / mechanical subcontractors
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college (or an associate degree in electronics or technology with at least 4 years of experience in Field Design & Project management Services)
  • Ability to travel and work weekends as needed
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience creating electrical and/or mechanical design packages
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability

  • Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm OT and weekends as needed
  • Up to 50% Travel when needed
