Apply today!!What You Can Expect Responsible for overall customer-facing technical support of Marvell automotive ethernet products. As product collateral owner, generate white papers, applications notes, and apply project management to track and deliver all aspects of product collateral. Collaborate with systems team to generate development board schematics, supervise layout review, and generate user manuals for various development boards. Troubleshoot and debug customers issues and help with customer board bring up. Actively monitor and answer support tickets. Stay up to date with Automotive support demands and become the primary Automotive PHY transceiver support and generate training material. Maintain records of customer support engagements throughout the customer's development lifecycle. Generate automotive demos showcasing Marvell's Automotive networking solutions of secure switch and PHY family. Generate and present product training materials. $185,000 - $225,000.00. Telecommuting is permitted. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include four (4) years with each of the following: * Board development, system level design and architecture.
