About Marvell

Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, automotive, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

As an Analog IC Design Staff Engineer with Marvell, you'll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. If you picture Marvell as a wheel, Central Engineering is the center hub providing IP to be used by all the other spokes on that wheel, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. You'll be part of a small analog team making a big impact on this organization. Additionally, Marvell has the perfect size and scale for you to learn several aspects of engineering that will be new to you, but also have the time and freedom to dive deep into the details of your specialization on most projects.

What You Can Expect

Deliver Marvell's next generation automotive/copper PHY AFE design. Design, validate, and support development of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in advanced processes, including transmitters, receivers, data converters, clocking circuits, regulators, amplifiers, and filters, etc. Work closely with cross-function engineering teams, including but not limited to DSP, digital, layout, validation, and packaging groups, to improve product competitiveness for Marvell's automotive /ethernet PHY product portfolio. Wage $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year. Telecommute is permitted within normal commute distance of office location.

What We're Looking For

Alternatively, Employer will accept a PhD or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Must have the following skills set (evidence by work experience/internship or completed graduate coursework/research) involved in:

* Advanced semiconductor process technologies (such as FinFET, CMOS), including design, simulation, and validation in these processes.
* Designing and optimizing high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, such as clocking circuits (PLLs/DLLs), regulators, and amplifiers.
* Analog Mixed Signal Design Verification.
* Simulation and Design Tools.
* Industry-standard analog/mixed-signal design tools, including Cadence, Spectre, HSPICE, and MATLAB, for circuit design, simulation, and verification.
* Post-Silicon Hardware Validation and Debugging.
* Post-silicon validation, debugging, and testing of analog and mixed-signal circuits to ensure performance specifications are met.
* Packaging and EM design for high frequency circuit design and SoC integration.
* Integrating and optimizing analog/mixed-signal designs.
Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is accepted.
