Your Team, Your Impact As a Hardware Design Senior Staff Engineer with Marvell, you'll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. If you picture Marvell as a wheel, Central Engineering is the center hub providing IP to be used by all the other spokes on that wheel, including Automotive, Storage, Security, and Networking. You'll be part of the printed circuit board (PCB) engineering team designing boards for many different groups at Marvell. Additionally, Marvell is designing more complex chips and boards than our competitors, for higher speeds than anyone else. We're on the leading edge of this technology and you'll love being a part of this.What You Can Expect Contribute to several phases of product development including verification, emulation, and validation. Conduct verification, emulation, and validation to ensure the quality of Marvell's automotive Ethernet products. Develop tools to improve the quality and efficiency of the solutions. Research to understand corresponding automotive standards and design specifications to build test cases. Develop of HW/SW, test plans, and tools to enable internal and external test/reference platforms. Create documents used for the test: test plans, test procedure, test methodologies, and test results. Wage $178,100.00 - $179,100.00 per year. Telecommuting is permitted. What We're Looking For Master's or foreign equivalent degree Computer Science/Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: * Automotive Ethernet protocols and corresponding standards.
