Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: Leadership, client-facing role, directing deal teams working on asset securitization transactions focusing on consumer ABS including auto loan and lease, credit card receivables, prime consumer loans and timeshare with a specific focus on subprime auto loans. Develop relationships with senior executives at our clients and prospects and inside the bank. Responsible for originating and execution of securitization opportunities, both loan and ABS, including public and private (144a or 4a2) securitizations, portfolio purchases, and advisory services. Perform all underwriting and work with Credit on all execution opportunities. Responsible for all components of loan, 144a, and 4a2 execution: including pitching, creating analysis and pitch content, all elements of deal execution, idea generation and rating agency dialogue. Work with Portfolio Managers to support existing management of the current portfolio and clients. Will also drive and follow all FTS/FTB key policies and procedures. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensure that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for driving deal team coordination on each loan or ABS opportunity and daily roles and responsibilities.
