Job Description



Monitors and supports highly critical and highly available health system infrastructure, which support the systems applications. Collaborates with senior engineering, network/data center operations, project management and service desk staff to provide operational support of assigned systems within established timelines.

Job Responsibility





  • Develops and maintains infrastructure within the area of expertise.
  • Develops, recommends, implements, and evaluates approved policies and procedures (and updates) relating to the supported infrastructure.
  • Coordinates and provides technical assistance, and software upgrades for supported infrastructure.
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
  • Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.


Job Qualification





  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.


Highly Preferred Skills:


  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT and AV/collaboration services support, with at least 2 years supporting senior executives or high-profile users.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing hardware (e.g., Crestron, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Q-SYS).
  • Strong technical proficiency in enterprise collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom), endpoint management, and troubleshooting of hardware/software issues.
  • Demonstrated experience in AV setup and troubleshooting for live meetings, hybrid conferences, and boardroom environments.
  • Proficiency in operating an audio-visual control board and peripherals, along with knowledge of AV control panels, signal flow, codecs, and room integration, is necessary.
  • Must be able to travel between sites based on executive schedules and business needs (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Occasional early morning, evening, or weekend support may be required during critical events or high-priority incidents.
