Min USD $46,900.00/Yr. Max USD $58,000.00/Yr. Job Summary This position is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Benefits Department by performing a variety of tasks. Assist employees with benefit enrollments by answering questions, processing enrollments in the HRIS system and maintaining employee electronic files. Along with other administrative tasks and benefits coordination. You must exercise a high degree of judgment and independent decision making when providing information, support, and best practices via telephone, e-mail or training face-to-face. You must be able to react to change quickly and with a healthy attitude. Due to the nature of the position, it requires a high level of discretion and the ability to keep information confidential. Along with the key functions listed below, this position will be expected to uphold the value that WaFd Bank places on simply being kind when servicing our co-workers and clients. KEY FUNCTIONS:
Assists in coordination of the administration and communication of various employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, FSA, HSA and group life.
