You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional results. What you will be doing: Lead business and systems transformation projects from inception to completion. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze and solve complex business problems, providing innovative solutions. Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels. Design and implement processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to present insights and drive decisions. What you will likely bring: 8+ years of experience leading business and systems transformation projects. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with professional services quote to revenue processes; Salesforce or Certinia (FinancialForce) a plus. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all levels. Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and business systems tools.
