THE JOB:

We're looking for a talented Spotlight Operator for one of Las Vegas' most iconic shows: Tournament of the Kings to bring precision, energy, and atmosphere to our stage productions. If you thrive behind the scenes and love being part of a creative team that brings performances to life, this is your moment in the spotlight!

STARTING RATE:$38.55/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Running cue tracks to include audio, electronics, fly, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props.

• Theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned / approved per track.

• Set up and tear down special events as needed.

• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external guests of MGMRI, our resident show partner and talent booked into the theater.

• Maintain the Artistic Vision set forth by Talent/Artist within MGMRI and Department Guidelines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience.

• 3+ years of prior relevant experience working in live shows, technical theater, and/or showrooms, ideally in a college or resort setting.

• 2+ years of showroom lighting experience preferred.

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and all major holidays.
