Fountain Worker - Starbucks - The Cosmopolitan

THE JOB:
As a Fountain Worker within Starbucks inside of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will create WOW moments for our guests with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. You will bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience. The Starbucks is open daily from 5:00AM to 10:00PM.

THE STARTING RATE:

• $15.8887 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide personalized service with efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle transactions while following proper cash and comp procedures.
• Keep front and back of house clean and organized for a welcoming atmosphere.
• Prepare, pack, and customize orders to guests' preferences.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper labeling and storage.
• Restock, replenish, and maintain an organized workstation.
• Assist with unloading and stocking inventory.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Prior experience as a barista/food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant is preferred.
