CNH is seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our Finance Global Business Services team, reporting to the leader of the People Pillar. The Change Management Specialist will collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure smooth transition and successful implementation of Global and Regional Finance projects.

This position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for projects that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Create and manage communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
  • Create training plans to help teams adapt and succeed with new tools and processes, working with subject matter experts as needed to develop training resources.
  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify and assess key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Monitor change efforts, gather feedback and find ways to continuously improve the approach.
  • Help create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes.
  • Identify resistance and performance gaps and develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Support ongoing People Initiatives within Finance, as back-up for other People Pillar team members as needed (Town Hall meetings, training & development programs, etc).

Annual compensation range is $84,375-123,750 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).



Qualifications

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Finance, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience, including 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably within the Finance sector. Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed to engage with global teams, up to 10%.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with global, cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and systems.
