To build the dream, we are seeking a Manager, Technical Talent Acquisition - North America (FSQA, Maintenance & Sanitation) to lead recruitment for technical roles-including Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA), Maintenance, Sanitation, and related positions-across our North American operations. You will partner with plant leaders, HR, and technical teams to attract and hire top technical talent, ensuring our facilities are staffed with skilled professionals who uphold our standards for safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for FSQA, Maintenance, Sanitation, and other technical positions across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with plant managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Create and execute recruitment campaigns tailored to technical talent, leveraging job boards, trade associations, and local outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP and all relevant employment regulations.
  • Maintain robust pipelines of qualified technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring processes and report on key metrics.



Qualifications



  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical or skilled trades roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting methods for manufacturing environments and knowledge of relevant employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or CPG industry strongly preferred.
