Job Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) will report to the Executive Director of Finance. Their primary purpose will be to help support the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans. The FP&A Manager is responsible for all financial and accounting functions for their designated clinical department.

Minimum Required

• A minimum of seven years of experience in financial management
• A minimum of two years working in an academic medical center, hospital system, or related field
• Extensive experience preparing budgets, forecasts, long-range business plans, and detailed variance analyses
• Experience with EPSI, Strata, and other financial systems preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent finance experience
• Healthcare or comparable experience and MBA or CPA preferred
