Who You Are... The incumbent assists the service department with the development and execution of pull through and service project work, including system upgrade, replacement, and retrofit projects. This Position... Some examples of the work you might do includes:
- Assists Assistant Service Sales Representatives (ASSRs) and Project Management Sales Associates with creating pull though and project estimates.
- Partners with Service Sales Representatives (SSRs) and other members of the Project Sales Team to conduct a building HVAC equipment list/survey assessment.
- Conducts site visits with the Area Service Manager (ASM) or ASSR to gather information on HVAC system retrofits and replacement projects to provide a proposal.
- Shadows and assists the ASM with daily tasks, such as project management, material ordering, etc.
- Works with Service Coordinators to update the status of jobs, material availability, and manpower needs.
What You Need...
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Actively enrolled in technical school or working toward the completion of 2- or 4-year college degree.
- Ability to engage in effective collaboration and communication.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous construction or related industry internship or co-op experience.

Work Environment:
- This position operates primarily in a professional office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
- Work duties may regularly necessitate visits to/walk throughs of local job sites, during which the incumbent may utilize basic tools (measuring tape, screwdriver, wrench, etc.), and be exposed to the conditions and/or hazards typically associated with a construction site.
Physical Demands:
- In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- This is considered a sedentary position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
