Print Room Intern

Summary:

The Documentation Administrative Intern is responsible for administrative duties and documentation for the Voith Paper Appleton location.

Responsibilities:




  • Ordering, distributing, and maintaining office supplies.



  • Manage the incoming and outgoing USPS mail and packages.



  • Contacting employees to let them know if they have any packages.



  • Ensuring appropriate paper supplies at each copier.



  • Troubleshoot copier jams, replace toner, send service requests, and copier meter reads.



  • Printing, formatting, folding, and laminating documents to assist manufacturing.



  • Printing name plates.



  • Order conference room supplies.



  • Other duties as assigned.





Requirements:




  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.



  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.



  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.



  • Currently enrolled in a technical school or an Associate's degree program in an Administrative program.



  • Proficient in the use of computers utilizing Windows programs as well as the ability to learn and use SAP operating system.



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
