Department Summary The Department of Mechanical Engineering provides engineering programs that combine fundamentals of mechanical engineering with a broad specialization in energy production, management, and distribution subjects. Also offered are engineering technology programs that are based on applications of technology to solve engineering problems. Position Overview We are seeking a highly qualified individual to teach in our engineering disciplines, including Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, and Engineering Management. Minimum Qualifications Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering / Engineering Management / Civil Engineering, or in a related field. Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience, particularly in a relevant engineering discipline. A history of interdisciplinary collaboration is highly desired, with the ability to leverage these partnerships to enhance the academic curriculum and broaden experiential learning opportunities for the students.
