How you will make history here... As a Senior Commercialization Manager at Campbell's, you will be at the forefront of our product development and commercialization efforts. You will own highly complex projects, focused on improvement and high-impact initiatives within your category, and be responsible for coaching and guiding cross-functional teams throughout their development. Your role will involve project management of 1-3 critical Big Bet projects, leading Category Portfolio Management Reviews (PMRs), Gate reviews, and prioritization processes. You will also manage CPLs, Senior CPLs, and/or Category Commercialization Managers, driving strategic thinking across our portfolio and contributing to the development of our strategic plans for Supply Chain and Business. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $154,000-$221,400Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
