Under supervision, the Wire Transfer Processor participates in the day-to-day operations of the Wire Room functions to ensure optimum service levels are provided and that all regulations, polices, and procedures are adhered to and due diligence is performed to limit potential losses to the Bank. WHAT YOU WILL DO 1. Processes all wire activity and other department related activities. 2. Adheres to all security and risk control procedures related to wire transfers. 3. Complies with all regulations and compliance issues when processing wire transfers, to include, but not limited to: OFAC FINCEN, UCC4A, Reg J, and the Patriot Act. 4. Performs the daily proof for all wire activity. 5. Assists in the reconciliation of wire inquiries regarding customer accounts and performs investigations and adjustments accordingly. 6. Assists with the testing of new releases, disaster recovery and testing with the Federal Reserve Bank. 7. Performs corrections to items on the repair queue to ensure wires are posted accurately and timely. 8. Ensures all incoming and outgoing wire transfers are processed. 9. Prepares journal entries as directed. 10. Understands compliance with all regulations governing the banking industry, as well as agency guidelines and organization policies. 11. Prepares and enters wire room investigations. 12. Understands the compliance requirements for Deposit Operations to ensure files are maintained in accordance with regulations. Requirements
