In this role, you will help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization while building excellence in the commercial organization. You will also help companies market and sell more effectively in an environment increasingly dominated by third-party payers. The Analyst will conduct secondary (i.e., analytically and scientifically based) research and support the creation of high-quality project materials and client deliverables. You will:
  • Support the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization, as well as internally at Syneos Health
  • Identify relevant secondary research data sources. Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to recommend creative ideas based on data analysis, personal experience, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate a strategic and systematic decision-making approach to communicating data through text, graphics, images, and/or other communication choices. Contributes to the design and build of a compelling, structured, and logical storyboard with guidance and direction.
  • Approach project ambiguity, client changes, delays/expedites, and/or unexpected data findings with maturity and professionalism. Maintain regular communication with project management and leadership.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated attention to detail
  • Solid presentation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
Desired Requirements:
  • Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work
  • Experience in research and data analysis (e.g., organization of sources, data processing, analysis, and quality checking accuracy for pre-defined problems)
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with clinical development and operations processes
  • Ability to travel

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $98,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
