Please review the job profile below and apply today! This position will assist and support the Fabric & Color Manager with all tasks related to raw materials and color. The role involves identifying and communicating new fabrics, yarns, techniques, and color standards, ensuring alignment with Product Development & Design, sourcing strategy and brand aesthetics. Additionally, the position will provide support for all Softlines and Home Textiles proprietary brands.Position will follow a hybrid schedule: Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday-Friday remote. What You'll Be Doing:
What You Bring With You (Qualifications): * Bachelor's degree, or 3-5 years' work experience. * Experience in color approval preferred. * Knowledge of textiles/apparel preferred. * Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Positive, high-energy with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment. * Self-starter with a strong work ethic. * Ability to work across all divisions and levels of the organization. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to think proactively and solve problems. * Ability to work autonomously on key deliverables. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint. * Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems a plus. * Proven ability to independently problem solve, analyze, and assess. |
