THE JOB:
As a Food Server at the Mansions, you will provide polished, attentive service to luxury guests and celebrity clientele. Your primary duties include taking and delivering orders, maintaining clean and elegant table settings, ensuring guest satisfaction, and finalizing checks with accuracy and professionalism.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.7848 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Cater to guests' needs in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome

• Knowledgeable of selling techniques and service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations

• Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bilingual speaking, preferably Mandarin or Cantonese

• Food and Beverage experience in a high-end environment with food service experience

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
