Purpose of Position	The DCBS- CPE Bridge Program Instructional Manager will oversee the training staff, course evaluation, compliance, and quality assurance. This person will also provide BCDS- CPE training, as appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities	Oversee and support training staff to ensure quality delivery of training programs; Ensure that all training staff comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and policies; In collaboration with the DCBS-CPE Content Liaison and Content Development Manager, oversee training courses to ensure efficient delivery; Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication regarding course schedules, progress, and feedback.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree and four years of experience Experience with personnel oversight, working with underserved populations, and running or managing training programs. Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
