Coordinator, Player Development (Internal Only)

Varies; nights and weekends will be required.

The Special Assistant coordinates and oversees daily activities associate with Northern Kentucky University's player development program. The incumbent is responsible for handling film and video needs as assigned by the coaching staff. This position prepares and maintains reports identifying prospective student-athletes, coordinates and manages player development initiatives, and monitors student-athlete well-being.

Coordinate team film at practices and games, along with team film exchange

Coordinates player development programs and initiatives

Assist in the coordination of all camps and clinics

Works with Athletics academic advisors and support services to ensure player needs are addressed

Assists in self-scouting, advance scouting, and creating position-specific edits

Bachelors degree and one year of related experience.

Experience with daily communication with coaches, student-athletes and other athletics department personnel (compliance, business office, facilities, etc).
