Purpose of Position	A one-year full-time position to work with CPE and DCBS technical teams to resolve early system challenges, improve data accuracy, and support automated reporting features.
Primary Responsibilities	Work closely with IT teams at both CPE and DCBS to understand system needs, identify issues, and provide solutions; Identify and troubleshoot initial system issues, provide technical support, and track issues; Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and prevent future discrepancies; Work on automating reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data generation for various stakeholders; Create clear documentation for system use, including troubleshooting guides, best practices for data entry, and reporting procedures and conduct training to ensure non-technical staff can use systems.
Qualifications	Bachelor's degree and three years of experience required. Experience with learning management systems, system integration, data management, troubleshooting, and data reporting. Any candidate selected for this position will be required to undergo a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
