The Electro-Mechanical Site Manager will manage and advise the day-to-day performance of the material handling equipment supported by their specific team. This person's decisions can have a moderate to high-level impact on business operations. This site location is in Minden, Nevada. This role will be working Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $98,400 to $105,000 salary at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What you will do in this Role:

  • Lead, coordinate, and advise all functions of their report staff.
  • Perform at a professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated, less clearly defined issues.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to achieve efficient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for the functional area.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer.
  • Identify resource needs and develop justification.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.

What we are looking for:

  • Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s).
  • Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action.
  • Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
  • Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results.
  • Capable of coordinating critical metrics and fault data using these methods: Tracking and measuring, evaluating and analyzing the data, and implementing and advising improvement.
  • Able to create reports and communication materials to supervise and report performance issues.
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE or equivalent experience) to the customer.
