Job Description Starting Pay: $24.00 / hour The training officer in this position will be responsible for training security officers at a client site on CPR/AED, required on the job administrative trainings, and vehicle driving training. Must also be able to assist with scheduling officers for their shifts. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure compliance with all required portfolio training, which involves driving compliance efforts and coordinating training classes with the Portfolio Vice President, Area Directors, Regional Training Director, and Regional Trainers across the portfolio.
Knowledge and Skills Required: * Ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients. * Ability to write manuals, review, and respond to written requests for proposals, training documents, and prepare extensive presentations is required. * Highly proficient and fully functional in Microsoft programs such as Word and PowerPoint and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology. * Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines. * Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
