Salary Range:
$80,000-$95,000 with Yearly Bonus Opportunity

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute innovative, on-trend menus that meet diverse dietary needs and exceed expectations
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Maintain the highest standards in food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and compliance with all health codes
  • Manage budgets and food costing, balancing creativity with financial responsibility
  • Build strong relationships with campus clients, ensuring our dining experience supports their mission
  • Drive operational excellence while continuously mentoring and developing your team
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for service, professionalism, and integrity

Qualifications:

  • A.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending on formal degree or training.
  • Experience in high-volume, hands-on foodservice operations.
  • Must be experienced with computers.
  • ServSafe Certified.
