Description

In this position, you will be responsible for driving data-informed decision-making and strategic initiatives within the revenue cycle. This role provides expertise in revenue cycle operations, analytics and process improvement to enhance financial performance, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

The Senior Analyst collaborates with leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that optimize revenue cycle processes, ensure compliance, and support long-term organizational goals.

This is a full-time position working M-F from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and is based out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington, MN.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.


Essential Functions:

  • Identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvement and develop strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency
  • Lead and support projects focused on process optimization, automation, and best practices implementation.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform policy, workflow, and system enhancements.
  • Analyze key revenue cycle metrics, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Oversee and drive revenue cycle transformation initiatives from conception to implementation.
  • Develop and enhance audit tools to manage and reduce risk to the organization
  • Partner with IT, finance, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions and technology enhancements.


Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience working in data analytics, healthcare revenue cycle, and/or healthcare consulting firm
  • 5+ years' experience using Tableau and/or SQL
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Experience with healthcare revenue cycle systems; Veradigm Practice Management preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams, and drive change in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
