At Walsworth, our team is the heart of our business, and we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a CSR, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product and service information, resolve any issues with the customer, and ensure seamless ordering and production process. This individual will work closely with sales, production, and prepress teams to support our clients' printing needs from start to finish. Key Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquires via phone, email, or in person.
  • Manage job orders from intake to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to clients.
  • Coordinate with production and prepress departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • All other job duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Service Software is a plus.
