What's new with Aptar We have an exciting position openfor a new Marketing Associate.The primary mission of the Marketing Associate is to support profitable sales growth in the Beauty market by managing internal and external communication. The associate will focus on internal and external product launches and competitive intelligence. The marketing associate will also support the Marketing Manager, marketing promotions and sampling. This is how your journey begins:
- Propose and manage internal and external communications campaigns with a high level of creativity and organization.
- Manage publicity with key trade publications including developing relationships with editors, writing releases, coordinating products & photography as needed.
- Work with internal and external digital marketing support to create communications and ads.
- Optimize key metrics for digital and print campaigns including click through rates, open rates.
- Track industry best practices related to marketing campaigns: digital, email and print and make recommendations.
- Assist Marketing Manager with development of multi-channel marketing plans.
- Support sales growth by managing monthly marketing schedule of all communications.
- Maintain email templates and email lists.
- Be connected to business, customer and consumer insights to leverage and drive marketing support.
- Assist with website, help coordinate needed information and artwork.
- Track new launches in the market, the supplier and any key info.
- Assist with market studies including research and surveys and analysis of the products and market.
What you will bring on the journey
- Required: College or University Degree
- Preferred: Concentration in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
- Experience/Skills
- Excellent grasp of social media, website metrics and best practices.
- Experience managing advertising, print media, digital and email campaigns.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate creative mindset and creative talent in the area of design.
- Knowledge of the marketing environment for CPG
- Good command of office automation tools, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Good command of social media platforms LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram
- Experience with consumers and consumer insights.
- Proven ability to Interface with multiple departments responsible for the product - engineering, operations, finance, sales etc.
- Proven ability to communicate with executives, peers, and team members
- Able to travel to support objectives
- Knowledge of Photoshop, digital/graphic photography and photo editing is a plus
