Job Title: Service Desk Level 1 / Helpdesk Support Level 1

Location: Smyrna, DE 19953

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Mode: On-Site

Pay rate: $17.77/hour on W2 Without Benefit

Shift hours: 08:00 Am - 04:30 PM (Mon - Fri)

Job Description:

  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience (thorough knowledge) Microsoft Office (including Teams AND Excel).
  • Ability to sort, update, and develop spreadsheets (Tracking equipment (tablets, phones, etc.).
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing security access for internal systems.
  • Tracking equipment orders through the process to ensure nothing is missed and fiscal get what they need.
  • Managing internal system helpdesk tickets.
  • Analyzing and assessing reports generated from internal systems.
  • Correcting data integrity errors.
  • System configuration.
