The estimated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $105,000 per year.

Job Output

Reporting to the Creative Director, the Multimedia Producer is responsible for the production, coordination, and deployment of multimedia content across various Armstrong platforms. This role is central to supporting cross-functional teams with high-impact video, static, and animated assets, driving engagement and visibility across internal and external channels.

What You'll Do

Video Production & Management

  • Oversee in-house video production from concept to execution, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Create and manage the "What's New" video series for product or campaign launch.
  • Produce video assets for events, including intro/outro segments, transitions, and thematic alignment.
  • Create and publish GIFs, display ads, and animated digital assets for various campaigns.
  • Coordinate voice-over production, including casting, recording, and editing, as needed for video and audio content.
  • Lead development of 3D renderings and visual assets for multimedia integration.
  • Upload and publish video content to YouTube, including organizing playlists, thumbnails, descriptions, and scheduling.
  • Oversee integration and deployment of video content on corporate website platforms, ensuring proper embedding and playback (Brightcove, captioning, etc.).
  • Manage captioning, translations, and localization for video content in French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Develop YouTube and streaming video ads for digital advertising and connected TV.
  • Produce Audio Ads for streaming services like Spotify.
  • Contribute to and maintain a library of multimedia assets including:
    • Videos
    • Display ads
    • GIFs
    • Renderings
    • Photography
    • HTML5
  • Ensure assets are consistently aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Deliver multimedia content for demand generation campaigns and owned-website and email channels.

What will make you successful

  • Proven experience in multimedia production, especially video creation and editing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Brightcove, Sprizzy, and captioning tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing intake and content pipelines.
  • Experience with translation/localization processes for multimedia content.
  • Knowledge of web and social media publishing standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software and animation tools.
  • Working knowledge of TV streaming ad platforms like MNTN.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, video production, Graphic Design or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Multimedia producer with 5+ years of experience in content creation
