Job Summary

Pivotal position responsible for supporting business operations with performance reporting & data analysis and collaboration with business partners across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:



  • Create, support, and analyze operational reporting of performance metrics, such as: productivity, quality, efficiency, continuous improvement project results, and return on investment/effort.
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to provide meaningful insights and visualizations to multi-department business partners in support of continuous improvement efforts and decision making.
  • Partner with business partners such as Manufacturing, Information Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Finance to create process efficiency opportunities and review for data quality and integrity.
  • Extract data, create or update queries and map tables to provide similar day-to-day operational support for relevant data sources.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automation, and optimization in collaboration with cross-functional business partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all requisite company records and information security protocol.
  • Provide support to team members with assignments, projects and other areas of responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


WHAT IS REQUIRED:



  • Bachelor's Degree in analytical discipline, such as Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytical role and/or working with large data sets or similar work.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis systems such as MS Excel, Access, PowerBI and/or SQL.
  • Strong statistical analysis and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful insights in a logical and systematic way.
  • Detailed oriented to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and effective collaboration with cross-functional business partners.
  • Efficient use of time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Experience implementing, configuring, or using business systems such as Oracle EBS or other large ERP systems.
  • Experience utilizing business intelligence tools for data analysis, such as Incorta or similar software.
