Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Machine Operators for a leading fiberglass manufacturer in Springfield, OH. Pay: $14.25/hr

Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

What You'll Do:



  • Operate winding machines for fiberglass production
  • Perform regular quality checks and flag any defects
  • Remove minor product imperfections
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Keep your workstation clean and safe
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed



What We're Looking For:



  • Strong attendance and a solid work history
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
  • Team player who values a family-oriented workplace
  • Bilingual candidates are welcome!
