As a Delivery Operations Specialist (DOS) with Murata Vios, you will be instrumental in deploying the Vios Monitoring System (VMS) and Remote Monitoring Services to new customer sites. This position will travel to accounts and assemble, test, and validate the VMS in the customer's environment. The Delivery Operations Specialist will conduct classroom training for clinical staff members and provide hands-on support for the go-live.

The Delivery Operations Specialist will work with the Sales, Technical Operations, and Customer Success Teams to ensure the Vios products are installed properly and the Customers receive the highest level of support. This position

Reports to the VP of Sales & Customer Success and will have the opportunity to learn, advance skills, and be promoted into an Area Sales Representative role if desired.

What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)

  • Attend and participate in the Customer Implementation planning calls for new and existing Vios sites.
  • Work with TechOps, Supply Chain Management and Customer Success to ensure the Vios equipment is provisioned properly prior to shipment.
  • Travel to the accounts, assemble, test, and validate the VMS in the customer's environment.
  • Conduct classroom training for clinical staff members and provide at-the-elbow support for the go-live.
  • Provide call coverage for the Customer Support line which may include days, nights, and weekends.
  • In periods of downtime, this rolewill be involved in the customer support process and will engage in other projects as needed.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Passion for learning and making a positive impact in healthcare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well aspresentation skills.
  • Discipline to work independently with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic technical knowledge of wireless devices, networking, PC's, and tablets.
  • Ability to work with technical and clinical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

70% local and domestic travel.

Minimum Salary: $66,002

Maximum Salary: $84,152
