Our flexible options include four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) with overtime Fridays. And when the unexpected does arise, we'll work with you to help you be where, and when, you are needed most.

Wenger Corporation is seeking a Machine Operatorin our Cabinet area is responsible to operate the department machines (saw, router, edge bander) under limited supervision within assigned areas in a manner, which meets or exceeds established quality and quantity standards.

Minimum Requirements:



  • Ability to learn and execute multiple responsibilities throughout the area
  • Able to communicate and work in a team environment
  • Ability and willingness to navigate through various computer screens proficiently
  • English proficiency is required for this manufacturing position to ensure safety compliance and fulfillment of operational needs. The candidate must be able to speak, read and understand English in order to follow equipment instructions, understand safety protocols and respond to emergency situations. Strong English skills are also necessary for communicating with team members, supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production processes and to maintain quality standards.


It would be great if you also have:



  • Ability to operate CNC equipment
  • Able to plan and accommodate schedule changes
  • Read and understand blueprints and work orders
  • Ability to obtain forklift license



As a Machine Operator, a typical day might include:



  • Working positivelyin group settings, valuing input from others and offering assistance when needed to ensure success
  • Running multiple CNC machines, working in assembly, packing finished goods
  • Performing inspections of materials and piece parts
  • Performing set-ups on equipment and in assembly areas
  • Completing paperwork and computer transactions
