*** Cannot support C2C***** Must currently be located in Rochester, NY Description As a User Experience Designer at our client, you'll use an understanding of customer needs and subject-matter expertise to design the user-experience of our digital applications as well as our internal tools, apps, or dashboards. You'll use creativity to solve design challenges and deliver successful digital solutions across platforms, while understanding user needs, business goals and technical realities. What will I do? Participate in conducting and analyzing customer feedback to understand user behavior and ensure design ideas are based on customer needs Create personas, storyboards and concept designs to translate feedback and influence deliverables Collaborate within and across teams to solve design challenges and maintain design consistency and coherence across all client digital products Promote rapid iteration and an agile environment to successfully execute large-scale projects with shifting priorities, demands and timelines Contribute to the development of digital product roadmaps Skills* Html, Css, Front end, Ui development, Angular, Ux design, Visual design, Design, Ui design, User experience, Figma, Adobe creative suite, Ux research, Product design, Ui/ux, Ui, Ux, Interaction design Additional Skills & Qualifications Work experience in advertising or marketing, focused on multi-channel design Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
