Position Summary The purpose of this position is to own and manage a client portfolio, in partnership with the Global Programme, Creative and Strategy portfolio to drive revenue and margin growth. Key strategic leader driving Omnichannel & Digital growth through capability expansion, partnerships & technology integration This role is key to delivering Marks' 3YP growth agenda, building on our strength in branding & pack design and expanding into the rest of the marketing mix, with a focus on connecting brand campaigns to consumer journey mapping and the delivery of personalized content, e-COM / digital / social strategy & content, data & analytics and multi-media content production. Must have intimate knowledge of the consumer content ecosystem and agency-client dynamic. Will lead agency-specific technology (internal & client-facing) in partnership with Propelis' internal development team as well as 3rd party partners. Will also be responsible operationally for the global content studio. The ideal candidate will draw on extensive executive-level agency-client partnership experience across integrated communications, and global markets, to help Marks Leadership build the solutions the agency will take to market as we expand our creative & production services across all physical and digital channels. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $225,000 - $295,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Education
