Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to own and manage a client portfolio, in partnership with the Global Programme, Creative and Strategy portfolio to drive revenue and margin growth.

Key strategic leader driving Omnichannel & Digital growth through capability expansion, partnerships & technology integration

This role is key to delivering Marks' 3YP growth agenda, building on our strength in branding & pack design and expanding into the rest of the marketing mix, with a focus on connecting brand campaigns to consumer journey mapping and the delivery of personalized content, e-COM / digital / social strategy & content, data & analytics and multi-media content production. Must have intimate knowledge of the consumer content ecosystem and agency-client dynamic. Will lead agency-specific technology (internal & client-facing) in partnership with Propelis' internal development team as well as 3rd party partners. Will also be responsible operationally for the global content studio.

The ideal candidate will draw on extensive executive-level agency-client partnership experience across integrated communications, and global markets, to help Marks Leadership build the solutions the agency will take to market as we expand our creative & production services across all physical and digital channels.

GROWTH & INNOVATION



  • Role will lead Marks efforts in developing new omni-channel capabilities, future looking product offerings and service models
  • In partnership with the Marks Client Service and BD Growth teams, will identify opportunities for expansion, actively seeking growth from within Marks' extensive global client base and net new logos
  • Drive the client-facing technology agenda for the agency, in partnership with internal developers and outside partners
  • Understand the role of AI in service delivery, product development and in client-agency interactions and drive the integration and adoption of tools in the agency
  • Continue to modernize


CONTENT STUDIO ACCOUNTABILITY



  • Full P&L Accountability for the 350+ person, 12-studio global creative content team which delivers Photography, CGI/Visualization & Video products and service to Marks' clients as well as direct to client and other agencies
  • Responsible for the evolution of each of these service offerings based on emerging technology and new opportunities


CLIENT & INDUSTRY



  • Be completely connected to the client CMO strategy and vision, in general within the industry, but also specifically in partnership with Marks Client Service team
  • Be a thought leader and active in the industry. Actively engage with experts in the field and attend events, have your ear to the ground across all business social channels
  • Motivate and inspire Marks' leadership, identifying gaps and create solutions to teach capabilities and skills across the agency
  • Elevate the connected agency experience across all Propelis businesses, actively seeking ways to better connect all parts of the ecosystem



EDUCATIONAL & EXPERIENCE Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:



  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university and more than 15 years of leadership experience or equivalent work experience.
  • Deep executive-level experience in integrated marketing communications
  • Track record of driving growth and helping shape new capabilities
  • Experience managing and fueling collaboration with multi-level, client facing, global teams
  • P&L leadership experience required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $225,000 - $295,000 USD annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Group benefits currently include a selection of health care plans with prescription drug coverage, dental plan, vision plan, basic and supplemental life insurance, a flexible spending account for medical and dependent care expenses or a health savings account based on plan selection, short/long term disability and 401(k) Savings Plan.
