KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Sales Enablement Change and Communication Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans outlining project goals, timelines, review cycles, and key milestones
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring that project activities are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Prepare regular project status reports and updates for leadership, and other stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, and ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Work with team leads to establish metrics, that monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and communication campaigns, making recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Perform detailed data analysis to identify metrics, trends, create actionable insights, and generate comprehensive reports to support business decision-making and strategic planning
Qualifications:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in project management, or a related role in a large cross matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, organizational psychology, business, project management, engineering or a related field
  • Previous project management/change management experience with exposure to large-scale projects, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation is preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and track project progress
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including forms, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to a diverse audience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
