The Opportunity with McKinstry We are looking for a Senior Construction Technology Project Manager to spearhead the replacement of our existing construction management and project operations solutions as part of a phased ERP overhaul. This critical role entailsworking with our Construction, Energy, Technology Services, and other operational teamsgathering requirements, mapping current state process, navigating the RFP process, and managing the project from start to operationalization / stabilization. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with our Change Manager and collaborate with program managers, McKinstry partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include team formation,project plan development and execution, including scope definition, requirements,RFP facilitation, system integration, testing, cutover planning, and end-user preparation. Strong leadership, relationship management, change management, and decision-making skills are essential for overseeing the project's successful completion and alignment with organizational goals. The pay range for this position is $89,010 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
