Position Overview: A truck driver operates long-haul motor vehicles between designated points in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect vehicle and auxiliary equipment regularly.

* Load and unload designated materials.

* Coordinate the loading and unloading of oversized products.

* Secure cargo using chains, ropes, or straps.

* Cover cargo with tarps to protect against weather conditions when necessary.

* Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, and shipment details.

* Safely transports cargo to designated areas and locations.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

* Previous experience as a long-haul driver.

* Possession of a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

* Certification of completion from a recognized truck driving school is preferred.
