Technical Training Leader - Day Shift

Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Technical Training Leader - Day Shift to be based out of the Houston, TX plant. Reporting to the Production Manager, this person will be responsible for developing and administering site-wide hourly training and qualification programs in alignment with Atkore's Frontline Worker Development Program. This person will create, implement, and maintain programs that connect employees with performance expectations; consult with leadership to develop the workforce; and ensure employees meet job competence, as a coach and mentor. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $67,040 - $92,180. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives. Benefits available include:
