What You Will Do:

• Individual annual sales and service goal component to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office planning goals
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for investment management clients and work closely with colleagues to help build trusted and loyal relationships
• Work with internal business partners to create and analyze financial assessments, and advise clients on prudent wealth planning strategies
• Participate in the growth and development of the Profit Center's portfolio, with a primary emphasis on investment assets
• Meet with prospective, new and existing clients to determine their financial objectives and risk tolerance; advise them with a holistic approach that encompasses all products and services of the bank
• Develop asset allocation strategies for clients
• Prepare and update Investment Policy Statements for clients
• Monitor client portfolios on a quarterly basis to ensure that investment policy guidelines are implemented
• Meet with clients quarterly to review investment performance
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis to explain investment results and market conditions; review portfolios for tax efficiency

What You Bring:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
• Experience using Financial Planning Software
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to effectively present information to senior management, clients, and prospective clients
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Leadership qualities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, follow-up and follow-through

Pay Range: $85,000 - $119,000/YR
