What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, data platforms, or a related field.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Develops subject matter expertise for sales tech platforms under remit
  • Responsible for sales tool program execution on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensures that sales tool programs meet our standard of excellence
  • Responsible for tactical execution driving toward KPIs around usage, value and impact
  • Works with support teams to continue training toward best practices
  • Liaises with sales and support teams as needed to minimize disruption when changes occur
  • Communicates platform updates, issues, beta opportunities, and improvements to users and stakeholders as needed
  • Develop recommendations to improve revenue optimization processes related to sales tool support
  • Basic development skills prefered, but not required

This role will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders create, execute, track and report on sales tool usage and corresponding impacts on revenue. You will act as a sales tech platform expert for tools supporting teams across US markets. Associate will support regional leaders to ensure tools meet needs and are adopted successfully. Successful adoption of sales tools and proven revenue generation will be among the success metrics evaluated.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
