A Brief Overview The talent analyst role will drive the achievement of key talent management goals. This individual will have a proven ability to collaborate, influence, manage large datasets, keep confidentiality, problem solve and provide data driven insights to enable business decisions. Primary responsibilities include using data driven methods to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, proactively define efficiencies, internal & external benchmarking to inform program design, monitor progress, and provide insights for current & future success. They will be able to understand and identify current process to define and develop improvements, leveraging data analytics to problem solve. A successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors, implement solutions and efficiencies, provide key insights, trends and results to stakeholders. As talent management practices continue to be refined across the enterprise, this individual will be comfortable with shifting priorities while keeping a positive attitude and demonstrating our core values.
