*Description*
The main function of a POS Analyst is to be responsible for managing and supporting the technical aspects of POS systems within an organization. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of POS systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features or updates. Key responsibilities: Supporting the lab for Sonic and Arbys brands, Lab support working with the stores and POS systems Building labs if needed, maintain lab presence, serve as level 3 support for help desk with advanced troubleshooting System Management: Oversee the daily operations of POS systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the POS systems. Configuration and Updates: Configure and update POS systems as needed, including software updates and hardware maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the POS systems meet the organization's needs. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and any issues that arise. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Flex Skills: Soft skills that would make a candidate successful in this role: Strong communication skills Problem solving/trouble shootin *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
