*Top Skills:* * PC imaging - Imaging machines - follow script and knowledge base. * 2. Customer service - Fun and bubbly personality. Wants to work hard and prove themselves. Shows up on time everyday. * 3. Software deployment - Overall experience. touching 100's of piece of software. * 4. Hardware trouble shooting - changing cables, etc. Will be refreshing about 400-450 device. Imaging machines - follow script Entry level - will gain experience in a corporate environment Customer service experience Process is well documented - will run through checklist Imaging/printer setup/data transfer, et. (Run automated scripts) Templated emails for deployment scheduling - calendar invitation *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
